Twin-Buckled Collar (VRC/Resonite)

A tall Collar that has a twin-buckle and long straps for the Unity3D based VR games (Resonite & VRChat)

The binding straps have two variants: Loose straps with rigged bones to make them dynamic and then a variant with the straps tucked-in (see images for reference). The Core strap of the collar can be slimmed slightly with a blendshape, locking loops on the buckles can be hidden with a blendshape as well.
